Abdul Khaliq
Abdul Khaliq is the Senior Partner at Dynamix and is the founding Partner of the business having taken the decision to set up his own practice in Hastings, building a large client base across the South of England.
He opened a Brighton office in the 1990's and still enjoys working with all his clients. He has some 40 years of experience as an accountant. Abdul worked as a Cost & Management accountant for Philips electrical and the manufacturing industry in London.

His experience and foresight means the advice he gives clients is well respected and helps them achieve what they want to out of their business. It is his vision that has enabled us to be an affordable accountancy firm servicing our clients with the highest regards to standards.

Naz Khaliq
Naz Khaliq is the Managing Partner of the firm, with various responsibilities to ensure the business is operating in the right way, and to ensure good working relationships with the teams based in each office.
In addition to this Naz provides generic tax advice and his main specialism is to head up our Coaching & Mentoring and Business Consultancy Services.

His hobbies include attending Canterbury Rugby Club and Kent Cricket Club, Sandwich Town Cricket Club and Highland Court Cricket Club to support his local teams.

EmmaRuth Vadevalloo
Originally from Portsmouth, EmmaRuth moved to Canterbury in 2008 and studied History at Degree level. EmmaRuth is employed as Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner which involves various administrative tasks including managing his hectic diary, making travel arrangements, researching matters of importance, finance and ordering.
Nicole Loone
Nicole heads up our Accounts and Tax Department as well as providing support to her team, she also supports clients as a Senior Client Manager. Nicole qualified ACA with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 in her native Australia.
Nicole left somewhat sunnier shores in 1999 and since then has worked in London and the South East in public practice as well as holding several senior finance posts in industry which gives her a great deal of commercial, accountancy and tax experience. Nicole is very approachable and is here to ensure that our clients get the quality of advice and service with a smile that they deserve.

Caroline Richards
After graduating with an Accounting and Finance degree, Caroline has worked in practice since 2002 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005. Her experience includes accounts preparation, company auditing and company and personal taxation.
Claire Middleton
Claire is a Client Manager within our "Growing Business" Team and has a wealth of accounting experience having worked in accounting firms both locally and in the city. Most recently she has worked in industry but has now returned to practice as she enjoys working with a variety of different clients. As a Client Manager, her role is to prepare Year End accounts, Management Accounts and Personal Tax Returns and to visit the clients and give advice, support and build relationships.
She is very eager and takes to tasks with enthusiasm and has an exceptional talent for forensic accounting, and has excellent computer skills with vast experience using Sage Accounts.

Her many hobbies include amateur dramatics, playing the piano for a singing group, being a church organist and watching sport.

Katarina Scannell
Kat has several years of experience in practice, having worked for a local accountancy firm that focuses in farming; she swapped to Dynamix to get a more general experience. Kat heads up our Startup and Small Business Team and works tirelessly to provide accountancy support to our customers.
Meg King
Meg started in Practice in 2000 and worked her way through a number of taxation qualifications culminating in becoming a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2009.
Meg joined the Dynamix team in 2016 as our Tax Senior and deals with all of our Personal Tax Clients or complex tax planning matters. Specialising in all areas of personal tax and completion of tax returns, she is able to offer general advice as well as tax planning strategies for Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.

Married with two young boys, she spends most of her free time with family and friends.

Thariny Premkumar
Thariny has been an Office Based Accountant (OBA) supporting our clients at Dynamix since 2012 and she is another member of the team who started her career with a Top 5 Firm, this time as an External Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sri Lanka.
She relocated to the UK in 2008; and during that year she also qualified ACA and holds a degree in Business Administration. Since doing so, she worked in Practices in London and Essex before joining Dynamix.

Her experience includes auditing, accounts preparation and company and personal taxation.

Thariny loves music, enjoys travelling to new places and spending time with friends and family.

Anna Elliott
Anna is part of our Bookkeeping & Payroll Team and has been with us since she qualified as a Bookkeeper. Her role includes Bookkeeping, VAT Returns and Payroll.
Brought up in rural Worcestershire, Anna spent many years working with horses as an International Competition Groom for a four-in-hand carriage driver. Anna then gained valuable experience in hotel and restaurant management, retail management with John Lewis and as a House Manager for the country residence of a renowned London Businessman. Anna is now focused on providing solid payroll support to our clients.
Rashmi Makawana
Rashmi works as an external book-keeper at Dynamix. Her work consists of onsite and office-based bookkeeping, keeping all client records up to date and filing VAT Returns for them. She previously worked as the Head of Accounts for a London business before moving to Leicester to work as an accountant for the YMCA. She then relocated to Kent working as a Financial Accountant for Pfizer Social Club and then spent some time working for her family's business in Kenya before she joined us at Dynamix.
She is skilful in various accounting softwares and has a wealth of experience.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching cricket. She is also an excellent cook!

Frances Leverick
Frances has recently joined our Growing Business Team as an internal book-keeper and reports in to Claire Middleton. This is a change of direction for her, as the majority of her bookkeeping skills have been focused on Solicitors and Charities having previously worked in the City of London. However, this adds an extra breadth of experience to our services.
She thoroughly enjoys life on the Kent coast with her family and 4 dogs.

Susan Bradley
Susan works as an Internal Bookkeeper for the Dynamix Start-up and Small Business Team and reports directly to Nicole Loone. She works relentlessly on keeping clients records up to date through analysing their paperwork, bank reconciliations and processing VAT Returns.
She is AAT Level 4 qualified and is proficient in various accounting software's, and in particular is our Xero champion. She enjoys new challenges and interacting with clients.

In her spare time, she likes reading, baking and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Siani Davies
Siani is an Accounts Junior in the Corporate Team and is a dedicated and meticulous worker. She assists Caroline in various ways including VAT analysis, management accounts, and client communication.
Siani grew up in Canterbury and after obtaining a Physics degree at Leicester University, returned to Kent and came to work at Dynamix.
Siani enjoys watching and participating in many sports, in particular, cycling and swimming. This includes regular trips to watch the Tour de France and various other races in the season. Siani also enjoys travelling to new places and spending time with friends and family.

Jo Dunk
Jo has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies and a PG Cert in Retail Management. She worked in senior management for over 10 years for B&Q, Nike and for Puma. Jo has been with the organisation for a number of years and has worked through a number of departments.
Today Jo has a dual role within the Dynamix. Her first role is as our Credit Controller, so she will be raising invoices, sending them out to you and ensuring that they are paid within our payment terms. Her second role is as our Internal Communications Officer. This part of her role helps us ensure good communications between all members of the Dynamix Team. This ensures our customer service is always at its best.
Jo is married with 2 children and very active in her local community.
