The reason our business development arm is so successful is the development of the ethos by which we work. Working closely alongside each customer, doing what they do, enables us to better understand what the customer is all about. With this understanding, we can come up with ideas that will help the customers’ business to develop and grow in the way they want it to.
Whether a customer wants to make their business more efficient, build a team of people and make them an effective and happy workforce or provide training in management and development, our service covers it all. Our consultants are members of the Chartered Management Institute and are all qualified business advisors. They attend regular training and some are members of the Institute of Directors, keeping abreast of Industry-wide changes in many types of businesses.

Startegic Planning Days For exisiting businesses that want to organise themselves better, the owners can come away to our strategic planning days which we run to help business owners plan where their business is going and how they are going to get there. If we leave to go to Alton Towers for the day, we all print out a map or take a road map with us of how we are going to get there. However, very few do this for thier business. That is what we halp them do.
Business Planning: To guarantee success, all businesses need to plan ahead. We have experienced business planning experts who have written plans across a wide range of industries, from restaurants and wine bars to football clubs and IT Consultants.

Team Sessions and Training: One of the hardest things about changing your business is ensuring your team is behind you, supporting those changes.
We will work closely with your team members to ensure the change process is handled the right way. We work very carefully with all members of an organisation, from owners to team members. We work differently to most people in this area of work, rather than building people up on to an emotional high, and then letting them go back in to the workplace where things don’t change, we carefully change the workplace to the better, so people don’t drop to an emotional low.
Many ‘super consultants’ will tell you this is slow, and that they can work much faster. It is slow but the results are much longer lasting and lead to real change within the workplace.
