Payroll for Businesses

Payroll can be quick and simple in most cases, but when you start to need to work out holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay ? it starts to take up more time. Then there is reporting to HMRC every pay run and ensuring that they have everything they need. Dynamix Payroll has been providing payroll support to all sizes of businesses for years. We go through the following processes:
Setup
  • Conduct a client consultation to better understand your specific requirements
  • Transfer all current employees to our payroll systems via CSV or excel
  • Agree the client approval process and payroll timetable
Processing
  • Perform a payroll run, updating for any changes within the period (new starters / leavers etc.)
  • Create personalised pay and deduction reports for client approval
  • Dispatch payslips to employees (via email and post)
  • Perform HMRC Reporting (including RTI)
  • Provide ongoing support from our in-house experts
Year end
  • Produce year end reports to allow reconciliation of payroll figures
  • Carry out final EPS for online submissions to HMRC
  • Produce and dispatch employees' P60s
Auto Enrolment
Automatic Enrolment applies to all employers, whether a business or an individual who have at least one member of staff ? like a cleaner, care assistant or nanny and need to ensure that any eligible employees are enrolled into a workplace pension. Dynamix Payroll provides a solution to Clients to support them with Auto Enrolment in addition to normal payroll services.
There are two main stages to Auto Enrolment that Dynamix Payroll will look after for you:
  • The planning and implementation stage
  • The ongoing administration of Auto Enrolment
1. Planning, Implementation and Set Up
  • Inform you of your responsibilities as an employer for Auto Enrolment
  • Register point of contact with The Pension Regulator
  • Support for selecting an Auto Enrolment pension scheme
  • Setting up a selected pension scheme with your chosen provider
  • Offer options regarding postponement of staging date
  • Offer options regarding postponement for new employees after initial staging date
  • Support with classification of worker
2. Ongoing Administration of Auto Enrolment
  • Auto enrol eligible employees
  • Calculate and deduct contributions on behalf of eligible employees
  • Process Opt-in requests
  • Process Opt-out requests
  • Calculate and process refunds required for employees who have chosen to opt-out
  • Re-assess workers every pay period
