Naz Khaliq
Naz Khaliq is the Managing Partner of the firm, with various responsibilities to ensure the business is operating in the right way, and to ensure good working relationships with the teams based in each office.
In addition to this Naz provides generic tax advice and his main specialism is to head up our Coaching & Mentoring and Business Consultancy Services.

His hobbies include attending Canterbury Rugby Club and Kent Cricket Club, Sandwich Town Cricket Club and Highland Court Cricket Club to support his local teams.

Claire Middleton
Claire is a Client Manager within our "Growing Business" Team and has a wealth of accounting experience having worked in accounting firms both locally and in the city. Most recently she has worked in industry but has now returned to practice as she enjoys working with a variety of different clients. As a Client Manager, her role is to prepare Year End accounts, Management Accounts and Personal Tax Returns and to visit the clients and give advice, support and build relationships.
She is very eager and takes to tasks with enthusiasm and has an exceptional talent for forensic accounting, and has excellent computer skills with vast experience using Sage Accounts.

Her many hobbies include amateur dramatics, playing the piano for a singing group, being a church organist and watching sport.

Sarah Dunn
Sarah is a Client Manager and Head of Small and Medium Enterprises. She qualified ACA with top 20 firm MacIntyre Hudson and has a wide range of experience. She has worked in accountancy for over 10 years, working with accounts production, corporation tax, VAT, audit, charities, solicitors accounts rules, academy schools, independent examinations, bookkeeping and personal tax.
She left school as an A star student and was going to go to university to study history with hispanic studies including a year out in South America but as she wasn’t sure what she would do as a career at the end of this she took a year out to see what would interest her; she got a job in an office whose internal bookkeeper left overnight, she took over the task self taught and enjoyed it so much she put herself through an Accounts Technician Diploma with Pitmans on the weekends, after completing this with a distinction she applied to local accountancy firms. She got a job and passed all 15 accountancy exams on the first attempt.
She joined Dynamix as she wanted to work at a smaller firm where she was able to help clients throughout the year and get to know their businesses rather than just meeting the regulatory requirements for them.
She likes cowboys, country music, Cornwall, tractors and Belgian beers.

Thariny Premkumar
Thariny has been an Office Based Accountant (OBA) supporting our clients at Dynamix since 2012 and she is another member of the team who started her career with a Top 5 Firm, this time as an External Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sri Lanka.
She relocated to the UK in 2008; and during that year she also qualified ACA and holds a degree in Business Administration. Since doing so, she worked in Practices in London and Essex before joining Dynamix.

Her experience includes auditing, accounts preparation and company and personal taxation.

Thariny loves music, enjoys travelling to new places and spending time with friends and family.

Rashmi Makawana
Rashmi works as an external book-keeper at Dynamix. Her work consists of onsite and office-based bookkeeping, keeping all client records up to date and filing VAT Returns for them. She previously worked as the Head of Accounts for a London business before moving to Leicester to work as an accountant for the YMCA. She then relocated to Kent working as a Financial Accountant for Pfizer Social Club and then spent some time working for her family's business in Kenya before she joined us at Dynamix.
She is skilful in various accounting softwares and has a wealth of experience.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching cricket. She is also an excellent cook!

Jo Dunk
Jo has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies and a PG Cert in Retail Management. She worked in senior management for over 10 years for B&Q, Nike and for Puma. Jo has been with the organisation for 10 years and has worked through a number of departments and has a wealth of knowledge in many areas of the business. She now holds the position of Administration Manager and is our Internal Communications Officer. This part of her role helps us ensure good communications between all members of the Dynamix Team. This ensures our customer service is always at its best.
Jo is married with 2 children and very active in her local community and is the treasurer for her local Schools PTA.

Freya Toogood
Freya was born in Canterbury and attended the Queen Elizabeth Grammar School before moving on to Simon Langton Girls’ Grammar School to take her A Levels, where she studied Economics and has come to Dynamics with the aim of starting AAT training.
She has an employment background in administration, where she spent three years working for a local Canterbury estate agent.
She has a great sense of fun and energy with a passion for fitness – she is an ex-Chelsea footballer and is now an enthusiastic gym goer. Freya also loves to travel and spent a few months last year in South East Asia, America. This year she is staying closer to home where her travel bug is taking her to Europe.

Jake Foad
Jake joined Dynamix for further experience to enhance his recent qualifications. As we are always looking for enhancements that can improve our service to our clients, Jake has become a permanent member of the team as our Receipt Bank Champion.
His responsibility is to bridge the gap between the technology and what our teams need to prepare accounts and vat returns.
He lives with his family in Herne Bay, and has 2 brothers and 1 sister. He loves animals and has lots of pets.

Danielle Comper-Hemmings
Danielle spent time working as a recruitment administrator in the financial district in Leeds, and then as a farm administrator in Oxfordshire before relocating to Kent to raise a family. She holds a BTEC Diploma in Equine Business Management from Hartpury College.
Danielle joined Dynamix as an Administrator and works closely with the team to keep things efficient.
To relax, she enjoys writing fiction, painting, listening to music and spending time outdoors.

Rania Mansey
Rania graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Accounting Section, Alexandria University, Egypt. She joined Dynamix in 2018, as a permanent part-time Bookkeeper and payroll Assistant.
Rania has experience in administration and has worked as head of department in a shipping company where she was responsible for correspondence with abroad, daily reports and arranging recruitments and signing off the ships.
She is married with two children. She loves travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Shaun Stokes
Shaun is Head of Payroll at Dynamix and has worked within the accountancy industry for 7 years. Shaun is AAT qualified as well as being an efficient and proactive qualified Payroller.
Shaun is a local person having lived in Herne Bay all his life. He has a passion for football and West Ham United in particular, where he is a season ticket holder.
As well as watching football, he enjoys playing Sunday league football.

Sarah Edmonds
Originally from London Sarah has worked in industry preparing management accounts for a large well know PFI company and a large London based legal firm as a legal accounts assistant before finally making the move into practice, and Sarah has passed all her accountancy exams first time so far.
Sarah prepares management accounts, statutory accounts and tax returns for our clients working under the guidance and support of our Client Managers.
Friendly and outgoing, Sarah has previously run her own portfolio, and she ran a family business for a period of time.

Claudia Truelock
Claudia originally joined the team as a temporary payroll manager until Shaun joined us. Rather than lose this proficient and enthusiastic person, we offered her a permanent position within the payroll team.
Originally from South Africa, Claudia has lived in the UK for 20 years, and has 25 years’ experience in both bookkeeping and payroll. Having worked as a payroll manager for a large retail company in South Africa as well as a local well-known University.
Claudia likes all things outdoors including the beach, scuba diving and taking part in in marathons and half-marathons.

Linda Southby
Linda joined Dynamix Accountancy in 2019 as an external Bookkeeper.
She started life as a Kent Police Cadet at the age of 17 and joined the Regular Force in 1975 where she specialised as a traffic officer, leaving in 1983 to start a family. She has been a Bookkeeper for 28 years and has enjoyed bookkeeping for a wide variety of clients.
Her hobbies include playing tennis, gardening, doing jigsaws and going to quizzes.
