If you would like support in running your firm’s payroll, the payroll bureau is able to provide full support in calculating pay, calculating maternity and paternity pay and leave.

We are able to provide a service for 1 person or 1000 people, our team is efficient and accurate.

Payslips: We are able to provide printed payslips for your staff, produced using the most current and reliable technology. Payslips can be provided weekly, fortnightly and monthly. The information on the payslips meets the requirements of all external bodies, including the tax departments, mortgage companies and banks.

We can calculate pay on a basic pay process, or an hourly basis depending on how you employ your staff. It does not matter if you employ full time and casual staff, or just casual staff, we will still be able to provide payslips for you.

Reports: We can provide a number of reports to help you as the employer understand exactly what is going on with your staffing costs. We will provide reports on benefits-in-kind, other additions or deductions as well as Pensions, Attachments and SSP/ SMP calculations.

We are also able to do a departmental breakdown analysis and payroll giving, as well as employee records and details and other employer reports.

CIS: Following the recent changes to the way the Construction Industry Scheme works, many customers are asking us to calculate pay for their sub contractors and to help ensure compliance with the paperwork that must go to the Inland Revenue. We are able to calculate the pay, allowing for materials etc, and print the payslips that now replace the old CIS vouchers. We can also help fill in the monthly returns that have to be submitted to the Inland Revenue.
